Crime in the countryside of Hungary

What does it mean "metal theft"? Nothing special. Everybody knows very well this concept in Hungary. Most of the Hungarians met this matter. There was a concept in the hungarian law: it is a "crime of living". It means if somebody do something what are eg. stealing from the garden, meat theft, taking money from old people, etc. The law does not punish this person.

Here are some example: 

1. "Somebody" (Hungarians know what kind of people) goes to your house and garden and pick up every metallic object, does not care what happened after its damage.

2. "Somebody" damages the public properties, eg. steal the rail what is used rarely.

Can you imagine in abroad?

Why do they destroy everything? Beacuse they are primitive, uneducated and poor people. They need money and they make money from the metals. These thieves are like the locusts. The damages are everywhere in the countryside of Hungary.

What is the problem if you catch them out. We, the Hungarians, do not may to protect our properties, because we may not use guns. We can buy guns very difficultly in Hungary. The getting of the gun permits are the most difficult in Europe. Just the politicians, hunters, policemen, soldiers, and some special groups may use guns in Hungary. The law prohibits using guns for the civil people to protect their properties. If we use guns the police catch us and jury decision is bad for us... Prison. 

If I call the police when I catch the thief out then the police is late, and thief is disappear until their arrival or the thief threatens me if I do not let him go: "I will come back and kill your family". What happaning after this situation? Nothing. Because our law is wrong. The law can not protect me. If we want to change something in the law we can not beacause of the international lobby. The "humanitarian organizations", media, some political parties and others start to shout: "It is racism. The hungarians want to kill the minority." I ask: Sorry? It is stupide sentence. The Hungarians just want live in calm and peace. It is only security and criminal law's problem. Nothing else.

Why is a bad decison the prison for that people. Because for them that is better living. Yes, it is true. They live a worse living before it despite of they get many social supports. That is why they do not fear from the jail. The real punishment is withheld from the sin. 

I hope it will come the time once when Hungarians can live in peace and they do not need to fear from the above mentioned crime.
